Remarks Culture came out of nowhere around 76, late 76. They are the best example of being in the right place at the right time. Before long, they were signed to Front Line, and touring all over the place. In the process of all of this, Joe Gibbs and ET, got left behind. And yet the sound of Culture was just as important as the group themselves. The albums they did with Sonia Pottinger, were all great works. Yet the music they made with Gibbo was something special, and all these years later, it’s still the case.
