Remarks Talking of one hit wonders. This ticks a lot of boxes. The Dancehall style that came from Jamaica in late 78 till about 1985. Had no fans in the music press of the UK. It just provided them with another reason to dislike reggae music. Yellowman and a whole heap of super-talented Deejays came up with hit after hit. And they were all ignored. Yet the pop press could accept a tune like this - no problem. It fitted in with how they think of reggae music. A novelty music. Just a bit of fun.
