Remarks Rupie started his own label Martin’s in the late sixties, and was still producing when he released this with Peter Austin from the Clarendonians. Such a beautiful tune full of everything that made the mid-seventies such a great time for reggae music.
An appreciation of arrangements - had slowly been coming back into the music. Whereas the Reggae and Roots era’s had concentrated mainly on rhythms. A reality song of course - sung with passion and conviction.
